Circular Bioeconomy The food–materials–energy nexus is most relevant to the circular bioeconomy and reviewed in context of next-generation bioplastics by Caio G. Otoni, Orlando J. Rojas, co-workers article number 2102520. state-of-the-art strategies used upcycle agri-food losses wastes (FLW) into multifunctional advanced materials rely on deconstruction reassembly, synthesis, engineering FLW-derived monomeric, polymeric, colloidal building blocks.
